How I think

I cut the excess and make the call that pays

Same pattern every time: walk into the mess, strip what isn't needed, make the economically correct decision — and stand behind it. Proprietary CRM instead of SAP / Navision — full coverage at ~30% of the heavy-license budget. A diversified portfolio of data-center equities instead of building a facility — hedging regulatory and geopolitical risk. A local model on one task instead of an agent swarm burning the budget on tokens.

Hardware, end to end

Custom electric bike frames in the workshop

Software is only half of what I build. The other half is physical — I designed and fabricated custom all-wheel-drive electric bikes from the frame up: geometry, welding, motor, wiring, paint, final assembly. An older project — built as a small series back in 2020–2021; the venture was sold, the capability stayed. Zero-emission, silent, full traction — machines for places combustion engines don't belong: national parks, reserves, private land. Same instinct as the rest of my work: take it from a sketch to something that actually runs.
